Friendly staff made check-in easy, and the spacious room was comfortable, but cleanliness was a major issue. The sofa bed had unpleasant surprises, including a dirty coffee cup and wet sheets. The breakfast options were limited and not appealing, leading us to seek food elsewhere.

We stayed one night with our kids and dog, and it was amazing! The staff treated us so kindly, especially when they quickly addressed a noisy situation with a barking dog nearby. Our Queen Room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family.

My room was quite nice, but the cleanliness was a bit inconsistent—definitely had some spots that needed attention. Water pressure in the shower was good, but the remote for the TV didn’t work, which was a bummer since I like to unwind by watching some shows after a long day. Also had a bit of an issue with billing. I was charged differently than what I initially agreed to, which made check-in rather frustrating. Luckily, the other staff tried to help out, but it still left a bad taste. If they could improve communication on pricing and focus more on room cleanliness, it would elevate the experience significantly.

While my stay lasted only three nights, I enjoyed the spacious King Room Non-Smoking at Comfort Inn. The cleanliness of communal areas pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast options lacked variety. Nonetheless, the cute atmosphere made my experience good.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who ensured a comfortable experience with a great hot breakfast to start my day, and the central location allowed me to enjoy the Lower Purgatory Trail just a short walk away and explore the historic Hays County Courthouse, which is only about 5 km from the hotel. however, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which made getting to my room a bit difficult.
